Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP COPA Consultant to lead Controlling and Profitability (CO-PA) initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in S/4HANA configuration, a strong ability to lead workshops, and experience collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with implementation and support teams to manage build, testing, and deployment phases of SAP Controlling and Profitability modules.
• Configure, test, and refine S/4HANA CO-PA and allocation functionalities to meet evolving business requirements.
• Develop and enhance solutions under strict project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Create detailed functional design and specification documents for technical and development teams.
• Lead workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define system improvements.
• Provide expertise in SAP best practices and recommend effective approaches to address functional or technical challenges.
• Evaluate existing processes and propose optimized alternatives for improved efficiency and performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 9 years of experience in SAP with a minimum of two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in CO-PA, Allocations, and Profitability Analysis.
• Ability to lead workshops, communicate effectively, and coordinate across teams independently.
• Strong capability to prepare detailed functional specifications and documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities within the S/4HANA framework.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
