In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality assurance processes within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) domain. Your expertise will ensure that the testing strategies and methodologies are meticulously crafted and implemented. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will drive test planning, execution, and reporting, ultimately contributing to the overall success of software projects. Accountabilities
- Develop comprehensive test strategies in collaboration with development teams and process experts.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and ensure availability of test data for execution.
- Manage the defect lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and verification of fixes.
- Prepare test reports and dashboards to provide quality insights.
- Collaborate with Automation Specialists to support automated testing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years of QA experience in software projects.
- Mandatory experience in SAP testing, particularly in the OTC process.
- Proven expertise in leading testing efforts and knowledge of methodologies.
- Strong experience in coordinating testing activities across various software projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within teams.
- Ability to understand business processes quickly and lead testing activities effectively.
- Experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment with a solid understanding of SCRUM practices.
