The in vivo pharmacology group is seeking a highly motivated, early-career cardiovascular scientist to join our Cardiovascular-renal-metabolism (CRM) team in Ridgefield, CT. This role will focus on hands-on assessment of cardiovascular function in preclinical (rodent) models, with emphasis on invasive hemodynamics and/or small-animal echocardiography. This role offers the opportunity to lead from the bench initially and grow into scientific, project, and people leadership while advancing transformative therapies for cardio‑renal‑metabolic patients.
About the Team
The Cardiovascular-Renal-Metabolic Diseases Research (CRMDR) team in Ridgefield, CT has delivered 7 first-in-class therapeutics into clinical development in the last decade, with multiple clinical proof of concepts in recent years. Looking ahead, our research focuses on the interconnected cardiovascular-renal-metabolic space by leveraging multidisciplinary project teams, academic collaborations, and strong partnership with CRMDR colleagues in Biberach, Germany. Compensation:
This position, Senior Scientist, offers a base salary typically between $140,000.00 and $222,000.00. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus and or other compensation elements. For an overview of our benefits please click here.
