Role Description

GEC is currently seeking a full-time Senior Scientist/Geologist project management position with10-15+ years of office and field experience. Primary responsibilities will be to perform Phase I ESAs, Contamination Screening Evaluation Reports, and Level/Phase II ESAs. As a senior level person, your responsibilities would also include interacting with clients, reviewing project plans, preparing project scopes, fees, and proposals, project and hours management, reviewing work performed by others.

Requirements

10 - 15+ years office and field experience

Preferred experience includes soil and groundwater sampling, remediation system installation, and work scope, fee, proposal, and report preparation

Experience working with regulatory agencies (FDEP/FDOT) and counties is desired

Bachelor’s degree or higher education with a focus in Geology, Environmental Sciences, or a closely related field

Ability to drive company vehicle
