If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a Senior Security Consultant to join our team in Cheyenne, Wyoming (US-WY), United States (US).\n\nProvides System Integration security architecture design and collaborate with the client to document security standards and provide security architecture advice and oversight to module vendors in support of module solution development, integration, and infrastructure. Responsible for adherence to State security standards, communications with State Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), compliance with HIPAA, Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) and NIST requirements, and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Federal Tax Information. He/she shall have Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification, and at least five (5) years of similar experience. Job Requirements \u2013 Senior Security Consultant\n\nBasic Qualifications (Required)\n\n * Minimum ten (10) years of combined, progressive experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, or IT security, including senior advisory, advanced practitioner, or program\u2011level leadership responsibilities.\n * Demonstrated expertise in:\n * Threat modeling\n * Security architecture\n * Security and privacy risk assessments across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and production environments\n * Proven experience in IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), including:\n * Internal and external audit and compliance assessments\n * Drafting and maintaining security and privacy documentation\n * Conducting security and privacy risk assessments\n * Extensive experience developing and supporting:\n * Security Incident Response Plans\n * System Security \u0026 Privacy Plans (SSPPs)\n * Risk Assessments and POA\u0026M remediation strategies\n * Strong experience evaluating, recommending, and supporting the implementation of cybersecurity tools and technologies.\n * Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Federal programs or agencies, particularly within regulated healthcare or public\u2011sector environments.\n * Holds one or more active security certifications, such as:\n * CISSP\n * CISM\n * CISA\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.\n * Strong working knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including:\n * FISMA\n * NIST SP 800\u201153 (Moderate Baseline)\n * NIST/FIPS standards\n * HIPAA Security Rule\n * Privacy Act of 1974\n * FBI CJIS Security Policy\n * PCI DSS\n * SSAE 18 / SOC reporting requirements\n * Comprehensive understanding of security and privacy controls across enterprise systems and applications.\n * Ability to clearly articulate cybersecurity and compliance concepts to technical and non\u2011technical stakeholders.\n * Ability to translate complex security requirements into business, regulatory, and risk context.\n * Experience acting as a cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) on large\u2011scale, government\u2011funded or highly regulated programs.\n * Client and vendor collaboration experience within consulting or advisory environments.\n\n\n\nWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $97,864-145,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate\u2019s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
