Daflure Heating, Cooling & Solar is seeking a Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team! If you’re an experienced technician with leadership skills and a passion for providing top-tier service, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment failures and comfort issues

Serve as a mentor and trainer for service technicians

Ensure service calls are completed efficiently and professionally

Communicate with the office and warehouse team for stock and warranty returns

Perform hands-on service calls and routine system inspections and ensure callback situations are resolved

Support the overall profitability and efficiency of the service department

What We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔ Ability to train and mentor technicians
✔ EPA certification (NATE certification is a plus)
✔ Willingness to be on-call as needed
