Senior ServiceNow Developer

Our client is an international law firm and they are looking to hire a Senior ServiceNow Developer that has experience working on multiple modules within the ServiceNow platform. This is a full time position and requires the candidate to be onsite 1-2 days a week in their Los Angeles office.

Required Skills And Responsibilities

Play a role in maintaining and maturing the EOTSS service catalog.
Responsible for core system configuration as well as day-to-day user requests and incidents.
The ServiceNow Developer will also be responsible for technical design, ServiceNow code and architecture, and work with key business units to build solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, Service Mapping.
Optimize existing and develop new service catalog offerings and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation.
Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows.
Provide technical guidance on existing workflows for streamlining and improved efficiencies.
Identify inefficiencies to ultimately implement areas of automation.
Participate in the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow, including testing via the use of the Automated Test Framework.
Maintain an ongoing knowledge of the ServiceNow product, version upgrades and new features
Ability to go onsite 1-2 days a week

Qualifications

5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, Service Mapping.
Knowledge of the ServiceNow app engine and the process for developing custom applications
Experience with Advanced scripting, Performance Analytics, Reporting
Experience with Flow designer, Workspaces and UI Designer
Overarching understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.
ServiceNow System Admin Certification
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

Compensation

$130,000-155,000
