As a premier engineering, architecture, and consulting firm, we partner with public and private clients to deliver innovative infrastructure and site development solutions that strengthen communities and improve the built environment. Our Civil Engineering team provides comprehensive planning, design, permitting, and construction administration services for land development, municipal infrastructure, and site development projects. Our success is built on technical excellence, collaborative partnerships, and a family-oriented, employee-owned culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead planning, design, and delivery of site development projects.
Prepare grading, drainage, utility, erosion control, and stormwater designs.
Develop construction documents, reports, specifications, and estimates.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
Coordinate permitting and regulatory approvals.
Mentor engineers and technical staff.
Support proposals and business development.
Conduct field visits as required.
What You Bring to the Team:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
PE license required.
10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
Land/site development and municipal infrastructure experience.
AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.
Stormwater management design experience.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Essential Physical Functions:
Sit/stand at a desk or computer
Walk, stoop, stand and move around job sites
Travel and occasional site visits requiring stooping, standing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
Frequent communication via phone, video, or in-person meetings
Ability to focus on digital and paper-based information for extended periods
Some project-based travel may be required
