Our Civil Engineering team provides comprehensive planning, design, permitting, and construction administration services for land development, municipal infrastructure, and site development projects. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of site development projects.


• Prepare grading, drainage, utility, erosion control, and stormwater designs.


• Develop construction documents, reports, specifications, and estimates.


• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.


• Coordinate permitting and regulatory approvals.


• Mentor engineers and technical staff.


• Support proposals and business development.


• Conduct field visits as required.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.


• PE license required.


• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.


• Land/site development and municipal infrastructure experience.


• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.


• Stormwater management design experience.


• Strong communication and project management skills.

Essential Physical Functions: 

• Sit/stand at a desk or computer


• Walk, stoop, stand and move around job sites


• Travel and occasional site visits requiring stooping, standing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.


• Frequent communication via phone, video, or in-person meetings


• Ability to focus on digital and paper-based information for extended periods


• Some project-based travel may be required
