Role Overview:
You will be integral to the planning, execution, and upkeep of the system that underpins financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and oversee an expandable infrastructure.
Establish and implement reliability standards and best practices in collaboration with engineering teams.
monitor and optimize system performance.
To improve operational efficiency, automate the deployment, configuration, and provisioning processes.
For efficient problem solving, create and manage incident response playbooks and escalation protocols.
Assist the SRE team's continuous expansion and development by serving as a mentor to junior engineers.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer/similar role, ideally using tech stacks like C#, Java, Scala, Go, etc. with an emphasis on automation and scripting (preferably fintech or crypto).
Proficient in container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong familiarity with Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Proficiency with Data Dog, New Relic, Prometheus, and Grafana monitoring and logging tools.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities to address complicated technical problems.
