Senior Social Media Manager

Get Engaged is a leading full-service marketing agency with a focus in social media and influencer marketing. We are looking to hire a Senior Social Media Account Manager with 4- 5+ years of agency experience who will oversee multiple accounts and manage a team of account managers and associates. Responsibilities Lead team of managers/associates and scale team based on agency needs Communicate with clients on all high-level requests and updates Develop platform strategies specific to clients’ unique needs Review content before it’s shared with clients Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new technologies, and loop in creative, brand management, and client teams as necessary Oversee reporting efforts, utilizing analytics and conversation/sentiment to optimize content Assist in new business efforts (represent brand social team on kick-off calls, assist with custom proposals, manage client communication, etc.) Assist in development of innovative content and activations that contribute to brand growth and help to reach client and agency goals Identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations in order to establish our clients as leaders in their industries Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management with a particular focus on the following platforms: Instagram TikTok X 1+ years of management experience 3+ years of client-facing communication experience Hands-on experience in content creation efforts Excellent copywriting skills Exceptional organizational skills; this role will require the ability to oversee and coordinate efforts between various departments in order to execute campaign asks Experience pulling and analyzing social media platform metrics in order to build tactical recommendations Desire to push Get Engaged and our clients to unique, and at times uncomfortable, new whitespaces
