Social Media Strategist,
you’re passionate about building innovative experiences and uncovering insights that will create breakthrough social content for our clients. Social media strategy and execution is not only what you do, but it’s what you really believe makes an impact on the world.
You have the ability to think strategically to help bring together social strategy and creative concepts. You are tapped in the culture and an expert in the social space. You have a special talent for building content-driven storytelling—with the data, insights and analysis to support it.

How You’ll Make An Impact Provide creative and strategic thought support to both client and CTA teams Determine social media strategies and concepts that bring cultural relevance to the brand, and help to grow social account followings and increase engagement on social platforms for our clients Create new and innovative content strategies that utilize established and emerging platforms Track and measure all social media activities to drive client impact Be knowledgeable and stay ahead of current industry trends and social platform updates Take a lead role in pitching and presenting social ideas to clients Foster relationship with our clients to build trust, understand their needs/audience needs and facilitate timely communication
The Value You’ll Bring 3-4 years of brand-focused social media experience (agency experience is a huge bonus) Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in
marketing/advertising/communications Demonstrated experience with organic and paid social campaigns Strong experience with social media measurement and research platforms Exceptional copywriting and grammar skills
