Phoenix, AZ company is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their team for a contract opportunity.
Leverage the latest technology to solve business problems in a collaborative environment at this Fortune 500 transportation giant. Top technical resources are retained on long-term contract engagements.
Responsible for leveraging cutting edge technology to solve business problems by participating in all phases of the development process from inception through transition, advocating the agile process and test-driven development, using object-oriented development tools to analyze, model, design, construct and test reusable objects, and making the codebase better.
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced skills in Node.js, TypeScript, Apollo GraphQL, MongoDB, and front-end development with Angular, HTML5, CSS, SASS(5+ years of working/hands on experience on a development project).
Experience with AKS, Kafka, Dynatrace, LogDNA.
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
Relentless desire to learn and a passion for software development.
Capable of working independently with minimal guidance, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks and projects.
5+ yrs Mongodb

Desired Skills & Experience
Proficient in NestJS, Prisma.
Familiarity with Cypress, K6, or similar testing tools.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and design scalable, secure, and robust software solutions.
Develop back-end services with Node.js, TypeScript, Apollo GraphQL, MongoDB, utilizing NestJS and Prisma for heightened application performance.
Develop front-end development with Angular, ensuring interfaces are responsive and aesthetically pleasing.
Apply HTML5, CSS, and SASS for developing engaging web pages.
Engage with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Kafka, Dynatrace, and LogDNA to ensure optimal application performance.
Drive comprehensive testing strategies using tools like Cypress and K6.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature definition, design, and deployment.
Mentor junior team members and foster a knowledge-sharing environment.
Proactively stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in software development.
Function as a strong individual contributor, taking initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency as needed.
Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and dedication to developing high-quality work.
