Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of major product features across both frontend interfaces and backend services
• Architect scalable infrastructure and modular systems to support rapid growth
• Translate user needs into technical designs and product features through close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning with a customer-first mindset

Qualifications:

• 4-10 years of experience as a full-stack engineer in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
• Strong computer science fundamentals and a degree from a top engineering program
• Proven track record of leading development for large-scale, technically challenging products
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, React Native) and backend frameworks (Node.js/Express, MongoDB)
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and product development
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable making independent decisions in dynamic, fast-evolving environments
