Senior Software Engineer , working in

Financial Services

industry in

Durham, North Carolina, United States .
Provide application software development services or technical support in situations of moderate complexity.
Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to satisfy requirements and solutions.
Maintain software functionality and currency (technical debt and gain).
Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Experience Required for Your Success

Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of development experience
Solid understanding of REST concepts and developing REST API's using Spring boot with Tomcat
Solid grasp of Java 8 capabilities, lambda, streams and functional interfaces
Proven working experience and understanding using spring modules, including IOC, MVC(Rest), BATCH, spring boot along with other core components like oauth2 and security
Working experience with Relational databases for example Postgres SQL
