Rather than hiring into a single predefined team, candidates will go through one unified process and be matched with the team where they can create the most impact. Senior Engineers here are backend-leaning but comfortable across the stack, owning product outcomes—not just tickets. You will influence architecture, mentor peers, and build scalable systems that directly improve users’ financial lives. This is a high-ownership role in a product-driven engineering culture that values clarity, craft, and long-term thinking. The position is hybrid in NYC and suited for engineers who combine strong system design skills with a product mindset.
