Now, we’re growing—and looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Features to join our Features Generation team!
The Role
- Our models are only as good as the features that go into them. This role is all about building the features that power our models. Success here means enabling our Science team to build better models—which directly drives better performance on our campaigns.
- Location: 📍 Bellevue, WA (Hybrid) – We collaborate in-office Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work remotely Thursday and Friday.
What You'll Do
- Build low-latency pipelines – Deliver user features to our Feature Store within seconds of an event occurring, ensuring models have the freshest data possible.
- Leverage LLMs for embeddings – Generate user and contextual embeddings that power advanced model performance.
- Maintain and expand features – Ensure existing features are reliable and healthy while designing new ones to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with Science – Partner closely with data scientists to define, prioritize, and ship impactful new features.

Who You Are
- Big Data + SQL expert – You’ve worked with large-scale data systems and know how to design efficient queries
- Python engineer – You write clean, production-grade code in Python
- Collaborative partner – You thrive in cross-functional work and enjoy building with data scientists and other engineers
- Feature-focused mindset – You’re curious about how features influence models and motivated to improve them
Bonus Points If You Have
- Machine learning exposure – Experience with ML pipelines or feature engineering
- Spark at scale – Hands-on expertise running large-scale jobs
- C# or Java skills – Comfort working across additional languages for production systems

- Salary:$160,000-$220,000 Base Salary + Equity
