You will also play a crucial role in championing accessibility and developing best practices to enhance the overall user experience.What you'll do:

Collaborate closely with product and design teams, and occasionally design features yourself.Rapidly prototype user interfaces for proof of concepts.Build account management features and internal tools for customer-facing teams.Champion accessibility, ensuring a quality experience for all users.Serve as the team's frontend expert, developing best practices and mentoring other engineers.Focus on customers and iterate quickly to bring them value.Participate in and level up our incident response process.Be part of a growing remote-first company with a world-class culture.Be responsible for making effective use of your time, focusing on quality results instead of effort.What you should have:

5+ years of experience working in a software engineering environmentExpertise in NextJSProficiency in TypeScriptStrong understanding of web accessibility principlesExperience in user experience (UX) designProficiency in Tailwind CSSA history of collaborative, team-based workStrong communication skills and an ability to clearly explain technical topics to engineers and non-engineers alikeLittle need for direct oversightNice to haves:

Experience with FigmaKnowledge of other modern JavaScript frameworksFamiliarity with GraphQLExperience with PostgresKnowledge of AWS services (S3, SNS, SQS, etc.)Experience with Docker/KubernetesThe pay range for this position is $133,700 to $200,500 for all US locations.
