seeks Senior Software Engineer Tableau in Seattle, WA:
Job Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Ensure Tableau Online meets the functional requirements of large Enterprise customers by expanding the capabilities of existing services, as well as building new ones to meet our customer’s needs. Work with existing team to ensure that their services are meet the needs of Enterprise customers. Ensure that new and existing architecture can scale to meet the growth of our Online customer base. Become a voice for cloud first architecture across the company. Support other teams to ensure that their solutions scale meet the continuing demands of the Online world. Develop large-scale cloud applications using object-oriented languages like Java, C++, and C# and web technologies and development tools such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Engage in all aspects of software deployment, beyond code check in. Build and run a highly polished test and release pipeline and have a bias for automation. Identify areas that require manual intervention and work to remove them semantically.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Java; (2) C++; (3) Python; (4) Git; (5) CSS; (6) Oracle; and (7) Maven. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $182,312 to $208,800.
