Job Description - Senior Software Engineer/Developer

Job Description:Position Description:***Applicants are permitted to work from at-home worksite anywhere in the United States******Multiple Positions Available***Develops and tests RS Archer 6.x eGRC applications -- complex On-Demand Applications (ODAs) and workflows. Develops software features -- fields, reports, iView’s, dashboards, and custom reporting. Provides technical management solutions -- issue, policy, authoritative sources, risk, and vendor management -- using Archer Modules. Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple software applications.Primary Responsibilities:Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.

Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in multiple platforms.

Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.

Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.

Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.

Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.

Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.

Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.

Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project.

Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.

Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) developing modules and solutions -- configuring and integrating with third party applications -- within RSA Archer platform.Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) developing modules and solutions -- configuring and integrating with third party applications -- within RSA Archer platform.Skills and Knowledge:Candidate must also possess:Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) configuring advanced workflows for individual use cases in RSA Archer and providing technical management solutions -- issues, policy, authoritative sources, risk, and vendor management -- using Archer Modules.

DE creating software features to implement complex workflows for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions using Access Control, Advanced Workflows, Data Driven Events, end-user reports, application notifications, and Mail Merge within RSA Archer platform.

DE configuring and integrating third party tools (ServiceNow, Workday, Qualys, and DB systems) within RSA Archer using data feeds and publications (File Transport Data, A2A Data, HTTP Transporter Data, and JavaScript Data feeds).

DE packaging applications, access roles, dashboards, workspaces, reports, and data feeds, and deploying configuration changes within development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production environments; participating in sprint planning, Daily Scrum, and sprint retrospectives using Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and SharePoint.
