Senior Solution Architect

Role: Sr. Solution Architect

This
role will be responsible for designing scalable, resilient, and secure
solutions to enable seamless promotions across digital and physical customer
touchpoints.

Key
Responsibilities

• Design and lead end -to -end solution architecture for
  retail promotions across channels (POS, e -commerce, mobile apps).
  
• Architect and implement cloud -native solutions on
  Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using services like GKE, Cloud Functions,
  Pub/Sub, Big Query, and Apigee.
  
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to
  define scalable promotional logic and ensure consistent customer
  experience across channels.
  
• Integrate promotions platforms with core systems such
  as customer data platforms, loyalty engines, order management, and
  pricing.
  
• Define reusable architecture patterns and APIs to
  support omnichannel promotions such as BOGO, personalized offers, bundle
  pricing, etc.
  
• Leverage GCP -native tools for monitoring, security,
  CI/CD, and cost optimization.
  
• Guide and mentor development teams on architecture
  implementation, best practices, and performance optimization.
  
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards including
  security, scalability, and observability.
  
• Provide technical leadership on vendor evaluations for
  promotions engines and GCP services.
  
• Drive innovation by exploring new Google Cloud
  capabilities and their potential application in the promotion’s domain.
  

Required
Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science,
  Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and
  solution design.
  
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing
  promotions systems in retail or ecommerce.
  
• 3+ years of hands -on experience with Google Cloud
  Platform (GCP) and its core services.
  
• Proficiency in microservices, event -driven
  architecture, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and Kubernetes.
  
• Strong knowledge of omnichannel retail processes and
  promotional strategy execution.
  
• Experience with promotional engines such as Salesforce
  Promotion Builder, Oracle Retail Promo Engine, or similar platforms or
  custom promo engines.
  
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps
  practices, and infrastructure -as -code (e.g., Terraform, Deployment
  Manager).
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  skills.
