Senior Solution Engineer

Perform comprehensive testing of 4G and 5G solutions, including functional, performance, and interoperability testing. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for protocol layers (e.g., RRC, MAC, PDCP, RLC, SDAP). Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to signaling and user-plane protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of solutions. Troubleshooting and analytical skills 8 to 12 years industry experience Hands on experience in End to end solution testing 4G and 5G Excellent and in depth knowledge for RAN protocols RRS ; RLC ; PDCP ; MAC and lower and upper phy Excellent in depth knowledge and exposure to CORE interfaces 4G and 5G Experience with IMS, VoWiFi, or VoLTE testing.
