What you can expect as a Senior Solutions Architect:

Are you a technical visionary who thrives at the intersection of complex architecture and mission-driven impact? We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to steer our Enterprise Applications team.

In this pivotal role, you will shape the technological backbone of an organization dedicated to making a difference. You will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and hands-on technical execution, ensuring our ecosystem (including Salesforce, Workday, and PowerSchool) is scalable, secure, and future-ready.

We’d love to talk with you if you have many of the following:

• Deep expertise in enterprise platforms—specifically Salesforce (Force.com/Apex) and Workday.

• Multi-year experience with .NET, Java, and JavaScript, as well as full-lifecycle DevOps (CI/CD, GitHub).

• Strong command of RESTful and SOAP-based APIs, XML, JSON, and XSLT to create seamless data flows.

• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical designs while managing budgets and rollout strategies.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• 8+ years in software development or systems engineering, with a proven track record in a management or lead mentorship role.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

• Previous experience in the non-profit or education sectors.

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architecture, Azure Solutions Architect).

The following shared salary range is what Perkins reasonably expects, in good faith, to pay for the position. The applicable range could differ based on experience and qualification.
