Job Title: Senior Solutions Consultant – CX / CCaaS

Location: Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID) — Must reside near a major airport

Compensation:

• Base Salary: Target midpoint $160,000 (67/33 base to variable split)
• Base Flexibility: Up to $170,000 for highly qualified candidates
• Additional Benefits: Competitive benefits package, travel expenses covered

About the Role:
A high-impact, full time opportunity has opened due to an unexpected vacancy in our Pacific Northwest region. We’re urgently seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to support strategic sales initiatives for global enterprise accounts. The role focuses on CX transformation and customer engagement solutions, working directly with top-tier enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted solutions advisor to enterprise clients in the CX/CCaaS/UCaaS space
• Lead product demonstrations, solution workshops, and RFP responses
• Partner with sales leadership to drive new revenue within Fortune 100 accounts
• Design and articulate value-based technical solutions aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure seamless handoffs
• Travel as needed across the Pacific Northwest and occasionally nationwide

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant / Sales Engineer in the enterprise software space
• Direct experience with CCaaS or UCaaS platforms strongly preferred
• Background with leading CX platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Medallia, Pega) will also be considered
• Proven experience working with or supporting Fortune 100 clients (e.g., Amazon, Nike, Google)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
• Strong tenure and track record of success in strategic and enterprise-level sales engineering
• Must be based in WA, OR, or ID and within proximity to a major airport
