This is a consultative, solution-oriented role where success means not just closing business but helping clients reimagine how technology can elevate the human experience in their organizations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Drive new client acquisition by targeting executives and change agents in the Manufacturing sector and beyond\n * Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, leading conversations that connect industry knowledge with Launch\u2019s capabilities in digital product and customer experience.\n * Bring a human-first perspective into every engagement\u2014listening deeply, uncovering real business and customer challenges, and co-creating solutions that matter\n * Partner with Launch\u2019s design, product, and engineering experts to translate insights into bold, pragmatic solutions that drive measurable outcomes\n * Shape opportunities from early discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close, ensuring each engagement reflects both the client\u2019s needs and Launch\u2019s vision for impact\n * Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, always maintaining a focus on outcomes, not transactions\n * Represent Launch in the market as a thought leader, able to articulate both Manufacturing trends and the unique value Launch brings to solving them\n * Consistently deliver new revenue growth while building long-term, trust-based client relationships\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications \n\n * 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in digital, consulting, or product-led services with a strong focus on net-new business development in the Manufacturing and Logistics industry.\n * Proven ability to sell into the C-suite with confidence and credibility\n * Experience selling digital product design, customer experience and application development services\n * Experience applying generative AI and similar technologies in a human-centric, design forward manner within the Manufacturing and Logistics industry.\n * A consultative, solution-oriented approach rooted in curiosity, listening, and industry insight.\n * Comfort navigating ambiguity and shaping opportunities in partnership with clients and internal teams\n * Entrepreneurial mindset\u2014self-starter, resilient, motivated by building something lasting\n * Manufacturing and Logistics expertise with understanding of sector-specific challenges, opportunities, and buyer dynamics along with the ability to translate this expertise into a meaningful Point of View for the industry. \n\n\n\nWhy Launch by NTT DATA\n\n * Be part of a team that blends the creativity of a digital studio with the scale of a global technology leader\n * Work on transformative projects that put humans at the center and drive measurable outcomes\n * Join a culture that values action, curiosity, and collaboration over hierarchy and red tape\n * Shape the future of how people and organizations connect through technology\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
