Senior Staff Nurse

Empath Trustbridge Hospice is seeking a Sr. Staff Nurse to serve as a clinical leader and mentor within the interdisciplinary hospice care team, supporting the delivery of compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care in the Palm Beach County Area.

What you'll do:

As a Sr. Staff Nurse, you will

• Collaborate with the Care Team Manager to coordinate and support daily team operations and clinical functions.


• Provide leadership in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities and initiatives.


• Conduct supervisory visits and participate in other quality and compliance activities as assigned.


• Serve as a first-line clinical resource for nursing staff and hospice aides, offering guidance, consultation, and support.

What You'll Need

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.


• Current Basic Life Support Certification.


• Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience is a plus.


• One year of supervisory experience is a plus


• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.


• Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver’s license.
