Accountabilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across various clinical areas, defining project scope, methodologies, deliverables, and timelines.
- Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven strategic analyses to identify significant opportunities for enhancing efficiency and quality of care.
- Translate complex analytical findings and strategic insights into actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, proactively identifying strategic needs and proposing analytical solutions.
- Identify strategic gaps and emerging challenges within existing programs, proposing solutions for improvement.
- Develop robust impact models for proposed strategies and monitor their effectiveness against defined objectives.
- Mentor junior analytical staff on problem-solving approaches and strategic frameworks.
- Prepare executive-level presentations that distill complex data into clear strategic narratives.
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Expert-level analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in analytical tools.
- Deep knowledge of health plan operations and value-based care models.
- Experience in project leadership and managing multiple workstreams.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing analytical talent.
