Senior Strategic Marketing Specialist - EMEA

Help turn market insight, brand strength and commercial strategy into measurable growth for Wyma across Europe and EMEA.

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven B2B marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Working closely with the Commercial Director and Territory Managers, you will identify market opportunities, help shape territory growth plans and translate them into focused lead-generation programmes, strong value propositions, sales tools, digital activities, product launches and trade shows.

This is a senior individual-contributor role within a small marketing setup. You will personally deliver high-value work, guide one junior marketing colleague and manage selected agencies and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse markets, customers and competitors and translate insights into clear commercial priorities and territory growth plans.


• Develop differentiated customer value propositions and positioning for Wyma's solutions and priority markets.


• Create and execute multichannel lead-generation campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and contribute to qualified pipeline.


• Equip Sales with compelling tools, content, customer cases and commercial stories for complex solution selling.


• Translate Wyma's global brand strategy into relevant regional activation across Europe and EMEA.


• Plan and deliver digital marketing, product launches, trade shows and customer communications.


• Guide one junior marketing colleague and manage external agencies, budgets and delivery.


• Measure performance against agreed commercial KPIs and continuously improve activities and investment.

ABOUT YOU

• At least eight years of international B2B marketing experience, ideally in food processing, manufacturing, engineering, industrial technology or capital equipment.


• A proven track record of translating market insights and marketing activities into measurable commercial results.


• Strong analytical, strategic and commercial judgement, combined with a genuine hands-on mindset.


• Experience working closely with Sales in complex, long-cycle solution environments.


• Comfortable using CRM, marketing automation and digital platforms; HubSpot experience is an advantage.


• Excellent English and willingness to travel across Europe and EMEA.


• Based in the Prague area and comfortable working regularly from our Nučice office.
