Insight Global seeks a TS/SCI Polygraph cleared Senior Subcontracts Manager to oversee operations across three sites, with a primary location in Aurora, CO. The main site, spanning 1.5 million square feet, houses approximately 300 employees. As the manager, you will lead a team of 12 supply chain administrators, expeditors, and buyers, with a focus on efficient facilities maintenance. This manager will provide strategic leadership within the supply chain function. Your responsibilities encompass shaping departmental direction, client requirements, and project goals. You'll make critical decisions that impact the organization, its employees, budgets, policies, and compliance programs. Some other responsibilities are to collaborate with the project management team and client team to develop bid/award negotiation strategies, ensure compliance with statutes, FAR & DFAR, contract terms and allocate decision making authority. Additionally, you will lead procurement and subcontracting activities on large-scale projects, formulate contracting strategies, and oversee changes in systems and processes. You will manage a team across three locations, you'll review contracts, project budgets, staffing mix, and Request for Proposal bid evaluations.

Skills and Requirements
*Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
*Previous experience with Supply Chain and Subcontracts Management in the (Facilities Maintenance or Construction) Government sector.
*Previous Knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations. *NCMA Certification null
