Team Leadership: Supervise maintenance technicians, set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and foster a culture of accountability and safety. Maintenance Execution: Oversee daily maintenance operations including troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment upgrades. Ensure timely response to breakdowns and minimize production disruptions Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to develop and execute maintenance schedules. Prioritize work orders and coordinate resources to meet operational needs Inventory & Procurement: Ensure availability of spare parts and supplies. Work with the Maintenance Parts Specialist to manage inventory and vendor relationships. Provide regular updates to site leadership Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change. High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in maintenance supervision, planning or related field within a manufacturing environment. Experience with CMMS systems preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software. Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
