Here, you\u2019ll be supported in progressing \u2013 whatever your ambitions. \n\nAbout the role: \nBoston Scientific was recognized as a Glassdoor Best Place to Work in 2026, ranking No. 15 on the Top 100 list, reflecting the culture our employees experience every day.\n\nThe Senior Supervisor will support the Global Quality Distribution Product Controls (DPC) team by supervising, coordinating, assigning and directing the work of Business Process Administrators and Analysts, while performing related administrative duties in support of departmental, functional, site, divisional and corporate goals. The Global Quality Distribution Product Controls team is responsible for the execution and implementation of quality and distribution controls in SAP globally and will have high visibility within the company. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, operational excellence and continuous improvement across global processes.\n\nWork model, sponsorship: \nAt Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. \n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\n\u25cf Provide day-to-day supervision of DPC operations, including hands-on support and oversight of SAP transactions and related activities.\n\n\u25cf Plan team assignments and schedules to meet service-level commitments and business priorities.\n\n\u25cf Assess resource needs and develop capacity and contingency plans to ensure continuity of support.\n\n\u25cf Train, coach and develop employees; create and maintain training plans and records to ensure role readiness and compliance.\n\n\u25cf Partner with the manager to establish and maintain goals, objectives and budgets; ensure adherence to quality system, regulatory and safety policies and procedures.\n\n\u25cf Define, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs); use data to identify trends and drive improvements.\n\n\u25cf Promote an inclusive, respectful workplace that enables all employees to contribute to their full potential.\n\n\u25cf Provide coaching, performance feedback and development support to help employees achieve results and progress toward career goals.\n\n\u25cf Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively with business partners.\n\n\u25cf Address nonconformances and ensure timely, accurate system updates and documentation, as required.\n\n\u25cf Identify, recommend and implement process and procedural improvements to strengthen compliance, quality and efficiency.\n\n\u25cf Communicate complex information effectively, guiding and influencing others as needed; represent the team in cross-functional meetings and presentations.\n\n\u25cf Support the Magellan program (S/4HANA global rollout), including change readiness, training support and stabilization activities, as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\n\nRequired qualifications:\n\n\u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree\n\n\u25cf Minimum of 5 years\u0027 experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry\n\n\u25cf Minimum of 2 years\u0027 experience in a quality systems or quality assurance role\n\n\u25cf Minimum of 2 years\u0027 experience with SAP\n\n\u25cf Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)\n\n\u25cf Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions\n\n\u25cf Fluent in English\n\n\u25cf Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a team in a positive, collaborative manner\n\nPreferred qualifications:\n\n\u25cf Previous supervisory experience in shared services or production environments\n\n\u25cf Experience in the medical device industry\n\nRequisition ID: 627691\n\nMinimum Salary: $ 89200\n\nMaximum Salary: $ 169500\n\nThe anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) \u2013 see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com\u2014will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
