Senior Supplier Engineer - Extrusions

Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline with some extrusion manufacturing experience Minimum 5 years of polymer processing Working knowledge of analytical techniques used to investigate component defects Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and/or process optimization Ability to travel up to 20% globally Bachelor's Degree in (chemical, mechanical or polymer) engineering or materials science Experience working in medical device or a similarly regulated industry Experience with resins and/or adhesives with relationship management Experience leading cross-functional project teams; ability to influence and drive Working knowledge of statistical methodologies Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with effective change management and conflict resolution skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels; strong technical writing and reporting skills Organized and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop internal and external relationships Effective problem-solving and critical thinking analytical skills; results-driven
