About the role:
We are seeking a results-driven professional passionate about the seamless execution of supply chain operations. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between our US operations and our Taiwan-based Supply Chain team. By collaborating with Material Management, Global Operational Engineering, WW Planning, and VMI partners, you will play a critical role in hitting supply targets and revenue goals. As a key US-based resource, you will ensure 24-hour continuity and provide essential SCM support during US business hours.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the Western or Central United States (Pacific, Mountain, and Central Time Zones), capable of working hours adapted to the US daytime with a necessary overlap with the Taiwan team's early morning hours. This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.
Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

In this role, you will:
- Global Continuity & US Coverage: Serve as the primary US-based SCM representative to ensure seamless, 24-hour operational continuity, specializing in Inbound Supply, VMI operations, and HEM supply management.
- End-to-End Supply Execution: Oversee inbound supply chain operations, including forecast releases, PR/PO processing, and logistics coordination, ensuring all shipments meet rigorous timeframes and revenue targets.
- Production & Material Optimization: Provide critical insights into production capacity and material visibility while driving BOM ordering elasticity and MRD reporting to optimize supply with JDM partners.
- Cross-Functional Bridge: cross-view the implementation of ECO changes and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve production gaps and alleviate supply constraints through proactive technical coordination.
- Executive Communication: fluent communication and professional presentation skills to influence executive-level stakeholders.

Minimum requirements for the role:
- Supply Chain & Fulfillment Expertise: 6+ years of experience in supply chain execution, including direct supplier management, material/manufacturing capacity planning, and refurbishment. Proficient in managing CTB (Clear to Build) reports, OPO backlog tracking, and material shortage mitigation.
- Operational Systems & Technical Literacy: Strong working knowledge of ERP, PLM, and ASCP systems. Familiarity with hardware-specific processes like BOM management, Costing, and ECO is highly valued.
- Strategic Reporting & Analysis: Proven ability to consolidate supply elasticity data and deliver high-level analytics to Executive leadership. Capable of translating complex task simulations into actionable solutions and formal presentations.
- Cross-Functional collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of interacting cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to implement programs across diverse stakeholder groups and sponsor new process establishments.
- Agile Project Management: Highly organized with a "passion for risk mitigation" and number sensitivity. Able to prioritize and delegate effectively within high-paced, high-growth environments to ensure program schedules are met.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Fluency in Mandarin (Traditional/Taiwanese) is a plus to international stakeholders.
