The Senior Supported Living Specialist will assist the CHIPP/Supported Living Manager with coordination of services for the housing component of supported living. Assist with referral meetings, communication and coordination with program participants and completion of monthly compliance reports. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be flexible.

Threshold provides comprehensive paid training for all employees.

The hours are primarily dayshift, 40 hours, flexible, including some hours on the weekend if needed.

Requirements

•  High School Diploma or GED
• Two years' experience working with persons with a mental health diagnosis is a plus,
• Valid PA Driver's License
• PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish, preferred
• Computer knowledge is a must
• Pre-employment Drug Screen
• PA Criminal History Clearance
• FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
