(FEI) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Surveying Technician to join our dynamic team. Play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and efficient surveying deliverables that exceed client expectations.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Utilize Carlson and AutoCAD to create high-quality deliverables, including:
  
  
  
  • Plot Plans
  
  
  • Topographic Surveys
  
  
  • ALTA/NSPS Surveys
  
  
  • Boundary Surveys
  
  
  • As-Built Surveys
  
  
  • Final Plats
  
  
  
  


• Collaborate with Survey Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate results that meet project budgets and schedules.


• Submit plats and survey maps to governmental agencies for review and approval.


• Maintain the highest standards of work quality while adhering to company policies and procedures.


• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by effectively working with team members.

💼 What You Bring to the Team:

• Education:
  
  
  
  • High school diploma required (Associate’s degree in Geomatics preferred).
  
  
  
  


• Experience:
  
  
  
  • At least 3 years of relevant land surveying experience.
  
  
  
  


• Skills:
  
  
  
  • Proficiency in Carlson, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
  
  • Experience with Ajera expense and timesheets or equivalent software is a plus.
  
  
  
  


• Certifications: CAD certifications highly desired.
