Senior System Administrator / Solutions Architect (MSP)

We are a well-established Managed and Cloud Services Provider supporting medium to enterprise sized businesses. We have over 30 employees and clients located throughout the country. We are looking for an Senior System Administrator / Solutions Architect (MSP) to join our Professional Services Division. The Senior System Administrator / Solutions Architect (MSP) will work with our team to consult, design, implement, and support advanced solutions. The Senior System Administrator / Solutions Architect (MSP) must have an advanced knowledge of VMWare, Nutanix, Azure VDI, Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWALL, Microsoft, and others. This is a consultative role and requires strong professionalism and the ability to communicate complex technical projects in laymen terms.

We are only accepting Senior System Administrator / Solutions Architect (MSP) applicants with previous MSP experience.

Senior System Administrator / Solutions Architect (MSP) Required Qualifications:
Advanced working knowledge of virtualization including VMWare, Horizons, Hyperconverged systems, SANS, clustering and other network storage systems.
Advanced working knowledge of networking architecture and technologies including TCP/IP, VLANS, routing, switches, firewalls, DNS, VPN, and VoIP. (Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWALL)
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure Entra ID (AD enterprise structure, replication, default objects, roles, GPO’s and policies) and Windows Server Technologies (Windows Server, Hyper-V, RDS, SQL, IIS, etc.).
Working knowledge of security policies and controls.
Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, M365, AWS, Google, GSuite, etc)
Experience designing solutions based on client needs and budgets.
Previous MSP experience a must.
Relevant IT certifications a major plus.
