This is a role on an established team requiring deep technical expertise in risk tool administration, vendor management, operational reporting, and data analytics.\n\nJob Description:\n\nEssential Responsibilities: \n\n * Oversee the end-to-end process for third-party onboarding, including sourcing activities, supplier registration, risk assessments, purchase orders, invoicing, and contract compliance.\n * Act as a primary point of contact for business managers and third parties, providing expert guidance, answering questions, and advising on onboarding, risk assessment, and payment activities.\n * Develop comprehensive training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), deliver ongoing training, and facilitate change management to enhance process awareness and understanding.\n * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding of third-party vendors and integrate risk activities into the procure-to-pay process.\n * Lead the execution of risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and reassessments of third parties.\n * Ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements throughout the third-party lifecycle.\n * Identify and address issues impacting the third-party management program, providing effective remediation.\n * Innovate and improve business processes, user experience, and systems involved in the third-party lifecycle.\n * Analyze data to assess inventory health, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.\n * Lead and mentor team members, fostering creativity and providing direction with a high degree of latitude.\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor\u2019s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n\n\nAdditional Responsibilities \u0026 Preferred Qualifications:\n\n * 4+ years of experience in managing risk platforms, system administration, and ongoing enhancements, or equivalent experience within a risk or compliance function, third-party risk management, or business analyst with risk and controls focus\n\n * Hands-on system administration experience with third-party risk or GRC tools (Interos, Certa, Dun \u0026 Bradstreet, ServiceNow, Coupa, Ariba/SAP, or similar platforms).
