Location: Hybrid (Onsite during training, then 2 days remote per week)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will focus on the design, configuration, and support of systems that are critical to our customers transactions and data management. You will play an instrumental role in migrating our core system, including all member data, to a new platform over the next year. This is a dynamic position offering opportunities for problem-solving and innovation in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Design & Support: Lead the design, configuration, and support of systems supporting member transactions and data.

Core System Migration: Oversee and contribute to the migration of our core system, including member data, to a new system within the next 12 months.

On-call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation for Saturdays with 4-5 other team members. You will be able to work remotely during your assigned on-call weekends.

Data Coding & SQL: Ideal candidates will have experience in SQL or other data coding environments, enabling them to enhance system performance and improve data management.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, configuration, and support.

SQL/Data Coding: Any experience with SQL or other data coding is highly desirable.

Work Setup: Willingness to be fully onsite during the initial training period, followed by a hybrid model (2 days remote per week).
