· Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Grafana) that surface KPIs, regression trends, and results to engineering and leadership

· Develop tooling and automation that streamline how the team ingests, processes, and analyzes data

· Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical design discussions

· Collaborate across algorithms, hardware, firmware, and product teams

Requirements

Education and Required Skills/Experience:

· BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related field

· Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and working with relational and/or time-series databases

· Hands-on experience building dashboards (Grafana, Plotly/Dash, Kibana, or equivalent)

· Solid experience developing in Linux-based environments

· Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows (CI/CD, unit testing)

· Eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance if required

· Ability to work in outdoor field environments and travel as needed

Desired Skills/Experience
· Active or prior U.S. security clearance

· Working knowledge of radar fundamentals and signal processing concepts

· Familiarity with network programming (TCP/UDP) and data serialization (Protobuf, Cap'n Proto)

· Experience with high-fidelity sensor simulation frameworks

· Background in sensor fusion, tracking, or detection algorithms

About You

· You enjoy solving complex problems that span software, simulation, and physical systems

· You write clean, maintainable, efficient code

· You have a strong sense of ownership and push projects forward

· You're adaptable, curious, and continuously learning

· You're excited about radar and UAV technologies that impact airspace safety

Location & Work Arrangement Based in Lindon, UT. On-site four days per week with one
