Senior Systems Integration Lead (Application Packaging, Windows Clients)

Client First Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Systems Integration Lead to support a contract with our government customer.  The Senior Systems Integration Lead will be responsible for leading our application packaging and Windows client engineering support for a large enterprise. Key Responsibilities

• Lead task order management; integrate and coordinate all activities to achieve performance objectives (quality, schedule, staffing, management).
• Establish cadence (daily engineering call participation, weekly status reports, monthly progress reports), tracking throughput (e.g., standard and emergency packaging) and lab/engineering tasks.
• Support intake flows and tool integrations; ensure accurate inventory, status, templates, and naming standards.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes consistent with customer policies; coordinate with CO, COR, VA PM, and company leadership.
• Uphold security notifications and patch validation timelines where applicable.
• Ensure Section 508 compliance for electronic content and that acceptance criteria are met for all deliverables.
• Produce and oversee enhancement recommendations for packaging standards, processes, and system integrations.
• Ensure timely delivery of all PWS deliverables.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years leading enterprise Windows or end-user computing programs; 5+ years managing multi-team delivery (packaging, QA, engineering).
• Demonstrated success running complex task orders with formal kickoff, stakeholder communications, schedules, and performance reporting in a federal environment.
• Strong competency with Configuration Manager/Intune concepts, AdminStudio-based packaging lifecycles, and ITSM tooling (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Excellent communications, executive briefings, and vendor/agency coordination.
• PMP or equivalent preferred; ITIL/Agile experience beneficial.

Required Clearances and Screenings

• This position is subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility for a position designated with Low Risk sensitivity. Candidates with current Veterans Affairs (VA) Tier 1/Low Background Investigation or equivalent (e.g., DoD Tier 3/NACLC, Active Secret) are preferred.
