We are seeking an experienced, driven, and relationship-focused Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead West Coast recruiting for a growing, mission-driven organization. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the recruiting process, thinks strategically, builds talent pipelines before positions become urgent, and partners with leaders to hire exceptional talent.

What You'll Do
Drive the recruitment process.
Develop recruiting strategies tailored to each position, market, and hiring manager.
Partner with operational and clinical leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce needs.
Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and community partnerships.
Actively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, databases, and professional networking.
Create compelling job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
Evaluate candidates using structured and behavioral interviewing techniques.
Present highly qualified candidates along with hiring recommendations.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Coordinate interviews and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
Prepare offers, complete hiring documentation, and partner with the onboarding team.
Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire.
Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and recruiting reports.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency and hiring success.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, colleges, universities, and community outreach opportunities.
Stay current on employment trends, labor markets, and innovative recruiting strategies.
What We're Looking For
Proven success managing high-volume, recruiting.
Experience recruiting across multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success finding passive candidates.
Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
Self-motivated with exceptional follow-through and accountability.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to influence hiring managers through consultative partnerships.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruiting technology.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
Strong interviewing skills including behavioral and competency-based interviewing.
Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve performance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Passion for building relationships and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required.
Experience recruiting for healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, education, or human services preferred.
Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role
Familiar with the field of Applied Behavior Analysis; previous work as a Behavior Technician or similar role preferred
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
Excellent organizational skills
