Interfacing with other functional groups within Corporate Tax (e.g., compliance, audit support, and indirect tax), as well as the broader Finance, Treasury and Legal functions; Advising management and relevant stakeholders of the tax implications of proposed business transactions and activities; and Juris doctorate Minimum 3 years of U.S. federal income tax planning experience Bar admission LL.M. or CPA
