Senior Tax Manager - Banking & Insurance

Deloitte Israel's Tax Practice is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our growing practice.

Our team of experts provides focused advice on Israeli and international taxation matters and supports companies especially in the financial sector (banking and insurance).

The department is led by top-tier professionals with rich and diverse past experience.

The role Includes:

• Ongoing support for companies and individuals concerning Israeli and international tax aspects, including representation in tax assessments discussions, obtaining pre-rulings and approvals from the tax authority, and providing opinions.
• Support in transactions, tax due diligence, assistance with the tax implications of the transaction structure, and a comprehensive view of all local and international tax aspects and implications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Law – Mandatory
• High-level English – Mandatory
• 5-7 years of experience in taxation of financial institutions and insurance companies– Mandatory
• Experience from large CPA/Law firms or tax authority – Advantage

• ליווי שוטף של חברות ויחידים בנוגע להיבטי מס ישראליים ובינלאומיים, לרבות ייצוג בדיוני שומות, קבלת החלטות מקדמיות ואישורים מרשויות המס, ומתן חוות דעת מקצועיות.
• תמיכה בעסקאות, ביצוע בדיקות נאותות מס, סיוע בהשלכות המס של מבנה העסקה, ומתן מבט כולל על כל ההיבטים והמשמעויות של מס מקומי ובינלאומי.

• תואר ראשון בחשבונאות/משפטים – חובה
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – חובה
• ניסיון של 5-7 שנים במיסוי מוסדות פיננסיים וחברות ביטוח – חובה
• ניסיון במשרדי רו"ח/עורכי דין גדולים או ברשויות המס – יתרון
