Position Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director to lead U.S. federal and state tax compliance and provision work. In this high-visibility role, you’ll serve as the internal tax lead, working closely with an external CPA firm to ensure accurate filings, effective audit readiness, and strong compliance across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  Manage U.S. tax compliance and provision processes

  Coordinate and review work performed by the external CPA firm

  Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state tax requirements

  Oversee tax reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP

  Collaborate with internal finance and legal teams during audits and strategic initiatives

  Support planning and implementation of tax strategies

  
  
   

Qualifications

•

  CPA or equivalent preferred

  
  
•  

  8+ years of corporate tax experience, ideally with both public accounting and in-house exposure

  
  
•  

  Strong knowledge of U.S. tax compliance and provision

  
  
•  

  Experience working with external advisors or managing outsourced tax functions

  Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
