Senior Tax Supervisor

This role allows for 3 days remote following the initial onboarding period
As a Tax Supervisor you will play a key leadership role within our tax practice, overseeing and managing a team of tax professionals to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of tax services to our diverse client base. You will leverage your extensive tax knowledge and leadership skills to guide and mentor team members, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth and success of our tax practice.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of tax accountants, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the efficient and effective completion of tax engagements.
Review and oversee the preparation of complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other entities, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on tax issues, research, and planning strategies to support the team and address client needs.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Active CPA license
5+ years public accounting experience with a focus on taxation
$95,000 - $120,000 a year
