What You'll Do


You will lead a team that drives adoption, retention, and growth for some of the world's most iconic companies through ZoomInfo's professional services. In this player-coach role, you will shape GTM strategy at an enterprise scale — guiding your team and directly owning a portfolio of client engagements — while fostering a culture where data-driven thinking and client impact go hand in hand.


What You'll Do



  • Define and execute data-driven GTM playbooks across a portfolio of professional services engagements, ensuring objectives are met and client relationships are strengthened

  • Guide and coach team members to develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors at enterprise accounts

  • Lead your team as an extension of ZoomInfo Labs, championing proactive collaboration across ZoomInfo and with customers to deliver on defined engagement objectives

  • Mentor team members in deepening and broadening strategic relationships within assigned accounts, with a focus on long-term growth and retention

  • Oversee the identification of renewal and expansion opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to remediate risk before it escalates

  • Establish and maintain processes that capture customer feedback and surface it internally to drive continuous improvement of ZoomInfo's products and services

  • Drive the continuous improvement of ZoomInfo Labs services, deliverables, and team ways of working, contributing to a scalable and high-performing consulting practice


What You Bring


Must-Have



  • 5+ years of experience in B2B markets, with direct experience leading or mentoring a team

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and ZoomInfo from an operational standpoint, with the ability to coach team members on platform use and strategy

  • Demonstrated success building customer-centric team cultures that drive client satisfaction, deepen relationships, and support retention

  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing frameworks with a track record of implementing data-driven GTM strategies

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence team members, clients, and executive stakeholders


Preferred



  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Outreach, Salesloft, and/or generative AI platforms

  • Experience with gen AI tools or a demonstrated, verifiable interest in how AI can accelerate GTM strategy and team innovation

  • Background in professional services, management consulting, or revenue operations in a SaaS or technology environment

  • Proven experience driving client engagement strategy for large enterprise or Fortune 500 accounts
