Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Support a portfolio of customers by providing the required daily, weekly, and monthly action items. Facilitate regular communication with customers to discuss progress on deployment, action items, and open issues. Perform SIM transactions, weekly usage reporting with high usage devices, and monthly bill optimization. Conduct invoice audits and deliver invoices along with applicable billing details to clients. Provide escalation support for service assurance events and handle customer calls as needed. Support business applications and services that deliver our customer's mobile strategy by collaborating with our IoT sales teams. Serve as an end-to-end resource for brokering service resolutions through our partner organizations. Deliver application-based stewardships that incorporate business process metrics and customer success measures.

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced organizational skills.

Advanced Excel skills (v lookup, pivot tables, formulas).

Familiarity with PowerPoint.

AT&T Mobility experience is a plus but not necessary.

Must be able to work independently.

This role will follow a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work remotely two days per week.

$102,800.00 - $154,200.00
