As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will serve as the primary technical advisor for some of Incode's most strategic customers. You will combine strong technical expertise with relationship management skills to drive successful implementations, maximize product adoption, resolve complex technical challenges, and help customers achieve their business objectives. This role requires a hands-on, customer-facing professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and can effectively bridge the gap between customers and internal teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
