Location Requirements: US-based Axon hub sites (Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Scottsdale, or Seattle metro areas) 

Profile Description: Technical Program Managers are required to be based from one of Axon’s hub locations (Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Scottsdale, or Seattle metro areas) and must be able to travel up to 35%. This role leads the charge on complex enterprise SaaS deployments, juggling multiple high-impact projects while keeping timelines, budgets, and customer expectations in check. It’s equal parts strategic planning, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution, requiring close collaboration across product, engineering, sales, and services teams. You’ll own the full project lifecycle—from defining scope and mitigating risk to delivering customer training and securing revenue recognition. Along the way, you'll mentor junior team members and contribute to scaling the program management function.
