  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of coordination, facilitating communication and collaboration between engineering, product, operations, and other IT teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Hybrid Methodology Application: Utilize a flexible approach to project management, applying Agile (SAFe, Scrum) and Waterfall frameworks as needed to best suit the project requirements and team dynamics.

  • Roadmap Alignment: Work closely with senior TPMs and stakeholders to execute against the established strategic roadmap, breaking down large initiatives into manageable project plans and milestones.

  • Risk & Vendor Management: Manage dependencies with third-party SaaS vendors and internal integration teams.

  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide clear, concise, and regular status updates to project stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency on progress, milestones, and potential blockers.

Required qualifications

  • 7 to 12 years of Technical Program Management experience,  specifically within the Enterprise IT or Corporate Engineering environment.

  • Domain Experience: Proven track record managing implementations and upgrades in at least one of the following Enterprise Applications areas: HRIS, Financial Systems (ERP), or Sales Operations (CRM).

  • Hands-on Tooling: Deep proficiency with JIRA for project tracking and reporting.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to discuss API integrations, data flows, and system architecture with engineering teams (you don't need to code, but you must understand the landscape).

  • PM Methodology: Strong proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and experience operating in a hybrid model.

  • Multi Tasking: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Desirable qualifications

  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications.

  • Familiarity with the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework for aligning projects with business goals.

  • Active SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner) with practical experience working in a SAFe environment.

  • Experience applying change management principles to drive user adoption and manage stakeholder communications.

The base salary range for this position is  $150,000 - $200,000 per Year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
