What You’ll Achieve

• Engineering, Product, Data, Design 등 Tech 조직의 핵심 Talent Partner 로서 리더십 및 Hiring Manager와 긴밀히 협업하며 채용 전략을 수립 및 실행합니다.


• 제품 조직의 성장 단계별 인재니즈를 이해하고, 리더십과 함께 최적의 인재 영입 프로세스를 구축합니다.


• 높은 밀도의 인재 파이프라인을 구축하여 우수 인재들이 지속적으로 마크비전으로 유입되도록 합니다.


• Talent Bar Raiser로서 제품 조직의 인터뷰 및 평가 프로세스를 구축·개선합니다.


• 데이터와 AI 인사이트를 기반으로 채용 과정을 체계화하고, 조직 전체의 인재 영입 효율을 높입니다.


• Employer Branding 을 통해 Tech Talent 커뮤니티에서 마크비전의 인지도를 확장하며 기술 인재를 지속적으로 확보합니다.


• 채용 및 인재 데이터를 분석하여 리더십에게 인사이트를 제공하고, 전략적 인사 의사결정을 지원합니다.

Who You'll Need to Bring

• 빠르게 성장하는 조직에서 Tech 채용을 통해 비즈니스 임팩트를 만들어본 경험이 있는 분


• 5년 이상의 Technical Recruiting (Engineering, Product) 경험을 보유하신 분


• 채용 지표와 데이터를 기반으로 문제를 분석하고 해결하는 데 익숙하신 분


• 리더십 및 Hiring Manager의 전략적 파트너(Talent Advisor)로서 실행력 있는 제안과 전략을 수립해본 경험이 있는 분


• 팀 플레이어로서 개인의 성과를 넘어 팀과 조직의 성장에 주도적으로 기여하고자 하는 분


• ATS(Greenhouse, Lever 등) 및 HRIS  활용에 익숙하신 분


• AI, Automation Tool 사용에 거부감이 없으시고 기술을 통한 프로세스 효율화 경험이 있으신 분
